Blue Waves was born from a simple dream: to create a true home by the sea, where hospitality feels effortless and days unfold naturally.

It began as a family vision — a piece of land embraced by the Aegean breeze, just steps from Agios Isidoros beach. We imagined a place where time slows, laughter fills the air, and every moment feels genuine.

Today, that dream lives in every corner of Blue Waves: five residences, eight studios, and two apartments, all designed for comfort, simplicity, and belonging. Wide-open balconies, the scent of salt and jasmine, a terrace where friendships and memories grow.
